- Sessions will focus on core industry themes including: climate, sustainable finance and ESG, the future of project finance, political risk and digital enablement, as well as career development insights and inspiration from a panel of the BU's most experienced individuals.
- Plus innovation and skills workshops focussing on design methodology, behavioural economics, as well as an educational excursion to the Lloyds Market of London.

We encourage all BU Members to involve their young an junior colleagues in the YP Initiative and to consider sending a rising star as a delegate to this in-person meeting so that they can help contribute to building not only the export credit insurance industry of the future, but also the BU of the future!
