New joiners at the BU Secretariat: Carla Senatore (Deputy Secretary General) and Yerim Lee (Secondee)

Secretariat Update

We are delighted to welcome Carla Senatore and Yerim Lee to the Berne Union Secretariat Team form January 2024!

Carla joins in the new position of Deputy Secretary General where she will work along with the SG to support day-to-day business of the Secretariat and practical implementation of BU strategy.

Carla has over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement and business origination within the financial services industry and before joining the BU worked as a senior business developer at UK Export Finance. She majored in International Relations in Italy and holds a Master Degree in International Business  from the Grenoble École de Management (GEM).

Yerim joins as a secondee from K-SURE for a 12 month fixed term during which she will support BU research and information sharing. Yerim has more than a decade of experience in the export credit industry, including expertise in both short-term and medium/long-term products, as well as country risk analysis. She holds a degree in Economics from Yonsei University, Korea.
