Change in Management Board of SID Bank

The Supervisory Board of SID Bank, Inc. (SID Bank) reached an agreement with Mr Damijan Dolinar on the early termination of his term of office and appointed Mr Borut Jamnik as the new President of the Management Board for a five-year term beginning on 17 April 2023.

A two-member Management Board with Mr Borut Jamnik as the President and Mrs Stanka Šarc Majdič as a Member with their diverse experience and skills ensures an appropriate composition of the management board in its management function underpinning further development of SID Bank.
