Welcome to the first YP Virtual World Café of 2026

In today’s VUCA world - (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity) - geopolitical tensions, economic shifts and technological transformation are creating new challenges for us and our international exporters. How do you personally navigate these uncertainties in your daily work, and what strategies help you maintain your own resilience in such an environment?

Join us for the first Virtual World Café of 2026 and share your perspectives!

On 19th February at (12:00 UK time) the YP Core Group will host the first Virtual World Café of the year. This time it will be a 45 minute informal session for you to network, catch up with people you have met throughout the last year, as well as learn more about their perspectives of personal resilience on the job in a “VUCA” world.

At the end of this session, we like to give you an outlook of the next Virtual World Café´s agenda – AND of course we want hear your ideas and thoughts about topic suggestions you want to discuss on the next café as well!

We will have a great mix of YPs from all over the BU membership so please come along and meet as many people as possible, ask questions, and learn from each other!

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN 2ND FEBRUARY
