Changes in Dhaman top managerial positions

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation “Dhaman” family: Dr. Hassan Hamdan, Director of the Operations department. 

With an illustrious background in public debt management and strategic planning, Dr. Hassan brings expertise and insight to our organization. His proven track record in negotiation, project management, and policy formulation in public finance aligns seamlessly with our mission to foster social and economic growth and prosperity within the Arab world. Our new Operations Director, Dr. Hassan, will play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, managing credit and political risks, and driving our commitment to excellence. 

With a robust academic background, his leadership and experience as Head of the Operations Department at the Ministry of Finance, Lebanon, will undoubtedly elevate our capabilities and reinforce our position as a cornerstone of investment and international trade insurance in the Arab world. 

Mr. Mohamed F. Chatti, former Operations Director, was appointed Director General Advisor for Operations. He brings a wealth of expertise and extensive professional experience in the credit and political risks industry, making him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.
